Provo Afro Caribbean Restaurant & Catering began during the COVID-19 pandemic in our home kitchen, where our passion for flavorful Caribbean cuisine and exceptional hospitality first came to life. In June 2023, we officially became licensed by the State of Maryland, marking an important milestone in our journey.

We then partnered with Charm City Cloud Kitchen, located at 416 E. 20th Street, Baltimore, MD 21218, which allowed us to expand our operations and introduce our food to more customers. After moving on from the cloud kitchen, we continued serving our community through our mobile food trailer. Today, we are proud to have taken another major step forward with the opening of our first brick-and-mortar location.

As we continue to grow, our vision is to expand Provo Afro Caribbean Restaurant & Catering into a franchise brand and eventually add a dedicated mobile food truck to further support our catering operations and reach neighboring communities.
